Accounts are offered on an invite-only / approved basis to vetted members (startups, investors, defense buyers, and administrators). You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and display it to deliver the service. Platform software, design, and compiled portfolio content are owned by Steps Ventures or its licensors.
The service and all information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Portfolio, funding, and company data may be incomplete or out of date and must not be relied upon as investment, legal, or procurement advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steps Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
